Thermoplastic and technical plastics – all pure waste from the manufacturing plastic industry is processed by us in a professional and flexible manner. The resulting raw materials are made available to our industrial partners as ground material or regranulate. A portion of the raw materials produced is processed by us into products that represent a highly interesting economic alternative compared to the use of plastic products made from new materials. Our semi-finished products made from, for example: PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PET are used in the following areas: • Container construction (e.g., small sewage treatment plants) • Civil engineering • Seals • Vehicle and machine construction (e.g., coverings, visible parts) • Intermediate layers and transport containers • Barn construction • Container floors The processing options are: • Deep drawing, cutting, punching, sawing, milling, welding, gluing Our load plates and borders for plastic street caps are an innovative product for gas and water supply lines. These are made exclusively from pure type materials made of HDPE or PP. To ensure the safety of the load plates, we regularly conduct a technical inspection through external monitoring by MPA Hannover. Regarding this inspection, we can guarantee a temperature resistance of up to -18 °C as well as a strength that is 2.3 times higher than that of concrete. Through the ISO-9001:2000 standard certification of our producers, we automatically ensure the inspection of our products with detailed documentation.
