Our company is dedicated, under strict quality control, to the dismantling, freezing, and distribution of beef and pork. We also produce traditional Portuguese charcuterie, crafted in a wood-fired smokehouse and based on 'vinha d'alhos'. We hold ISO 22 000 certification, which allows us total control over all phases of the production processes. We have extensive experience in monitoring and controlling environmental protection, utilizing metrics that must be met, responsible use of water and electricity, employing the most modern conservation systems, and sending all our by-products and any waste that can be valorized for recovery. Our effluents are light and directed to the public wastewater treatment plant. We export to Africa and Europe. We have 42 employees, with whom we fulfill our obligations as a company and support whenever necessary, thus adhering to what we consider good practices of social responsibility.
