SINCE 1983 Productos Cárnicos BRISA, S.L. is a family-owned company located in Guijuelo, with over 35 years of experience in producing top-quality Iberian products. Its origins date back to March 1983, in a small factory of about one thousand square meters in the center of the town of Guijuelo. The site where the first facilities were built was an old foie gras factory called BRISA, which is where the brand name we still maintain today comes from. Mr. José M.ª Jiménez Jiménez, along with his brothers, were the founders of the company and began to develop the business. Today, BRISA offers a wide range of products made from high-quality Iberian pork. We are characterized by our great work capacity and seriousness, always open to new challenges of innovation and cutting-edge practices, while consistently maintaining our traditional know-how. All our products are made in a traditional and artisanal manner, incorporating innovative techniques that meet the demands of consumers. All products are manufactured without allergens, meaning they are free from lactose and gluten, making them suitable for consumption by all consumer groups. We hold numerous certifications, such as certification of the Iberian standard, certification as a producer of organic products, and certification of a specific self-control system to distribute our products worldwide.
