Das Spektrum des T&D-Scan Lasersystems und der Farbstofflaser wurde nun einerseits weiter ins DUV auf 260-275 nm erweitert, andererseits deckt die fundamentale Wellenlänge im Bereich 520-550 nm nun besser die Lücke zwischen dem Farbstoff R110 (550 - 590 nm) und dem frequenzverdoppelten Titan-Saphir (475-550 nm), wo die Leistung naturgemäß geringer ausfällt. Dafür wird der Farbstoff Coumarine 540 verwendet, welcher mit 488nm DPSS Laser gepumpt wird. Die Leistung in diesem Bereich übersteigt 25 mW bei der zweiten Harmonischen und 150 mW bei der fundamentalen Wellenlänge.
Diese maßnahme hat zur Folge, dass das T&D-scan Lasersystem und die Farbstofflaser weiter ins "Deep UV" vorstoßen und somit neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten für die Anwender bieten.

Lens D20 F50.8 is installed inside the laser head of the machine with a seat size (diameter) of 20 mm. Chamfered edges eliminate the risk of scratches and chips during installation.
