CTRA studies and proposes technical solutions for the transfer of all fluids over long distances, combining chemical compatibility with mechanical and abrasive resistance to ensure a long service life without routine maintenance. The reference project carried out by CTRA in 2006 on behalf of OCP Morocco, which involved the construction of two Ø1800 phosphogypsum discharge lines with a total length of 8km, is a perfect illustration of this. These pipes combine chemical, abrasive and mechanical resistance, and were buried at a depth of more than 12m to ensure a gravity flow rate for a charged fluid. This project required the processing of 3400 tonnes of GRP vinylester over 24 months and was the subject of a case history.

All doffs are wrapped with TackPak™ for protection and to aid package runout and transfer. Full doffs are approximately 2021 kg (45 lb.) and they can be packaged in bulk or CreelPak™ format. PulStrand® 4100 is specifically designed for fast wetout, good processing, high glass loading and excellent laminate properties, to maximize customers’ processing and minimize their processing costs in pultrusion applications. MULTIRESIN COMPATIBILITY Excellent glass/resin bonding in polyester, vinyl ester, polyurethane, acrylic, and epoxy resins, providing the processor maximum flexibility with one input glass. PipeStrand® S2300 is made for fabricators that want to reduce material cost, while increasing the performance of their filament wound products. Designed to increase production efficiency, while providing excellent hydrothermal stability under pressurized conditions.
