High performance without compromise The wrap-around labeler is available in two versions: HERMA 132M - With the continuously rotating starwheel, up to 400 products/minute can be labeled. HERMA 040M - With the clocked starwheel, up to 120 products/minute can be labeled: Precision and reliable production make this easily convertible solution unbeatable - the clocked rotary star guarantees precise labeling with extreme performance. The compact, modular design from standard components enables the machines to be precisely and yet very economically assembled for individual requirements of individual users. Cylindrical products with one or two labels on the circumference can be labeled more cost-effectively and in less time. In addition to cost-effectiveness, the labeling system for wrap-around labeling offers a high standard of safety.

HERMAexquisite changes the whole look of a wine bottle, lending it a more modern character. With sophistication and finesse, HERMAexquisite adds the crowning touch to the perfect symphony of the senses created by taste, bouquet, and image. Adhesive HERMAexquisite 62W 62W is based on an exclusive technical solution and was specially developed for use on wine bottles. It is resistant to damp, ensuring that the label sticks firmly to the bottle even after a lengthy period in an ice bucket. Moreover, this adhesive has ISEGA certification for direct contact with foodstuffs, meaning that it is safe to use with all foods.

Print shipping labels without backing material, avoid thousands of tons of waste material and, at the same time, reduce your carbon footprint – this is all possible thanks to our sustainable and innovative PA4 / PA6 InNo-Liner Print & Apply System. The material is printed, cut, activated and applied with the labeling machine and the combined cutting component, micro-atomization component and linear tamp unit. Thanks to the HERMA InNo-Liner and the patented, multi-layer pressure-sensitive adhesive, thousands of tons of backing paper or backing film and the cost of their disposal can be saved every year. The labels can be pre-printed in color using the conventional printing process. The labeling machine can be equipped with an optional thermal transfer printer or thermal direct printer for printing the variable data.

Growing demand for recovered paper We are stepping up the use of recycled paper and rapidly expanding our range. One focus is on coated papers, which are of particular interest due to their wide range of applications and the increasing demand from label users. HERMAcoat Recycling (236), for example, consists of 100 percent post-consumer recycling material (PCR), i.e. the waste paper from private households.

HERMA Wash-off adhesives are characterized by their reliable adhesive force, even in cool and humid environments, and can still be washed off residue-free in industrial cleaning processes. HERMA offers washable pressure-sensitive adhesives for a wide variety of applications and washing conditions. HERMA offers solutions for reusable boxes and containers as well as products that are optimally tailored to the recycling of plastic bottles and packaging. In the cleaning process, the HERMA labels are removed from reusable trays or reusable trays in food and plant logistics using water, high pressure and with the help of highly effective cleaning agents. Furthermore, HERMA Wash-off adhesives enable very pure recyclate to be produced when recycling PET bottles or PET, PE and PP packaging, without any annoying residues from paper or film labels or without adhesive residues.

PE films top-coated Due to its special surface treatment, the surface offers good printing quality in screen, letterpress, and flexo printing. It is possible to produce very attractive glossy labels, which are preferentially used on PE surfaces for recycling reasons. The high flexibility also permits an unproblematic adhesion on curved surfaces.
