Online Herbalist in Gandía Like the pots simmering slowly in the monastery kitchen... so, with patience, care, and dedication, the Herbolari del Convent has been forged. The childhood imagination every time I passed by any monastery, wondering what was cooking in the kitchens, what thoughts were stirring while walking through the cloisters, how many books there might be in the library. All that imagination takes shape with the project of bringing you the knowledge of tradition through innovative and current learning. Herbolari del Convent was born in 2018 with the desire to work in helping others. Always knowing that our priority is health, ecology, sustainability, and listening. And that we must continue learning, because one can never know enough. We want to combine the wisdom of our ancestors with the teachings we receive and continue to receive from our teachers. We aim to make Herbolari del Convent a reference point in Gandía, the city where we have our physical store, but we also want to be a benchmark for attentive service and quality work in the virtual space. We launched the online herbalist following the principles that motivated the opening of our physical store: respecting the environment by minimizing waste through the use of our products, personalized attention, supporting our customers in their treatments, and offering specialized products and services for women and vegan individuals.
