H2 PHARMA

For 15 years, H2 Pharma (formerly Aerocid) has specialized in the production of "non-sterile liquids" (syrups, oral solutions, mouthwashes) and demonstrates its expertise by developing, under the supervision of H3 Santé, almost all of the non-sterile generic bottles released in recent years. The Cachan site was not suitable for accommodating the large volumes of generics in development, so the decision to build an entirely new production unit was made in October 2006, and the realization of the Bois d'Arcy site quickly took shape (PC January 2007). The specifications for the construction of this 9,000 m² factory were complex but were based on four fundamental principles: # Simplicity of incoming and outgoing flows # Maximum separation between technical and pharmaceutical areas # Ultra-automation and dedicated lines # Evolving use of the site
