Our company was founded in 1991 by Siegfried and Paul-Josef Westhoff. We manufacture fine sheet metal cuts for a discerning clientele using two combined longitudinal and transverse cutting systems. As a contract manufacturer, we work for steel traders, SSC, and end customers. Our products are used in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, household goods, as well as in the lighting and automotive industries. As an independent service provider, we are accustomed to responding flexibly and quickly to customer requests. Discretion and strict customer neutrality are a matter of course for us. Our systems are constantly being improved, and our products meet the high standards of a discerning clientele. Our service area: Sheet thickness: 0.3 - 3.0 mm Coil width: max. 1,590 mm Coil weight: max. 27 tons. Package weight: max. 5 tons. Cutting length: max. 6,000 mm width and length tolerance. Tolerance: +/- 0.2 mm Number of strips: max. 6 strips Cutting size: min. 150 x 320 mm max. 1,590 x 6,000 mm Storage area: 1,400 sqm The stacking is done using a newly developed magnetic stacking system with a maximum of 6 stacking positions. Surface-friendly stacking - also for painted materials - and edge-straight stacking are guaranteed. By using two sequentially switched alignment units (23 rollers, 7-fold cambered and 21 rollers, 6-fold cambered), we achieve the highest level of flatness.
