The Fog, Smoke & Haze Factory combines innovative technology with tour-ready design in its vapor fog machines. These machines serve professionals who understand the value of quality in daily use. The company was founded in 1990 by Florian von Hofen out of frustration with the quality of available fog machines and has since become an essential part of the market. The very first product - Enterprise TC 2 - was a revolutionary innovation at its time. It was the first fog device that could be controlled using the then-standard lighting control protocol "0-10 V". The fog is programmable and user-friendly from the control panel. Since then, the Smoke Factory has launched many more products for all application areas, such as the battery-operated Scotty - the "fog from the wrist", the Fan Fogger - a touring classic with state-of-the-art technology, classic fog machines like Captain D and Data II, as well as a ground fog machine known as the Carpet Crawler. A standard feature of every live event is the Tour Hazer product from the Smoke Factory, which has been specifically designed for mobile use.
