ETUDE REDING

The REDING study comprises seven experienced lawyers at the Court, led by Master Roy Reding, who has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 1990. Our activities focus on providing advice and resolving problematic situations, whether to prevent litigation or to represent clients before Luxembourg courts in both civil and commercial law. The significance of the financial sector and banking secrecy means that our activities also include trust services and company domiciliation. We also cover Spanish law, with Mr. Miguel Andréu del Hierro being admitted to the Madrid Bar, and French law, with Mr. Daniel Schwarz being admitted to the Paris Bar. For advice or assistance in other countries, both within the European Union and beyond, we can rely on a network of colleagues we know who share our philosophy: to be accessible, pragmatic, and close to the client.
