ETB ELECTRONIC GMBH

ETB electronic was founded in 1983 in Berlin as a consulting and sales company for electronic components by Wolfgang A. Runge. In the early years, ETB electronic initially operated as a factory representative and then became a distributor specializing in technically demanding electromechanical components. As our customers also desired assembled cables and not just the pure supply of distribution components, the cable assembly division was established in Berlin in 1986 and became another pillar of the company in the following years. The transition from electrical engineering to electronics was a short one. Thus, in 1990, electronics manufacturing was created, including PCB assembly, module manufacturing, and device assembly. The challenge of getting from the idea to the series product faster meant another step – development and design. Our development department, established in 2003, also takes care of all hardware and software development as well as mechanical design for your product. Read more about our company history. The certification by TÜV according to ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, as well as EN ISO 13485, UL, CSA, and other organizations, along with numerous customer audits, confirm our excellent work. The award of the E²MS-Award 2013 in the category of manufacturing and service also confirms the high quality and is the focus of our daily work.
