ENVIRAL® Oberflächenveredelung GmbH was founded in September 1994 and began production at the Niemegk site in August 1996. Since then, the company has developed into a regionally and nationally recognized service provider in the field of surface finishing and contract powder coating. We offer our customers from industry, crafts, facade, and metal construction powder coating systems that meet the highest quality standards. In addition to a high-quality appearance and an almost endless variety of colors and effects, the powder coatings from ENVIRAL® are characterized primarily by excellent mechanical durability and outstanding corrosion protection properties. The range of materials that can be coated includes aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, glass, paper, and foil. The production capacities of our plant are approximately 2,500m² of coating area per day. At the same time, we are opening new dimensions for powder coating with our large part coating system: components up to 13.0x2.5x3.6m or 17.5x1.0x2.0m with wall thicknesses over 50mm and piece weights up to 3,000kg can be coated by us automatically or manually. In addition to powder coating, ENVIRAL® offers other finishing processes, such as anodizing, galvanic zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, and paint stripping. Various repair systems, glass bead blasting, packaging and foiling, as well as a transport service complete our range of services. We ensure the quality of our production through our QM system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. This is complemented by ongoing quality checks in our in-house laboratory. Furthermore, we hold the GSB quality seal under approval No. 255 as a Master Coater for the powder coating of aluminum and have approvals from Deutsche Bahn. Additionally, we collaborate with external testing laboratories and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Last but not least, each of our employees feels responsible for the quality and timely processing of orders. We contribute to environmental protection through a chrome- and heavy metal-free wet-chemical pre-treatment as well as a wastewater concept free of industrial wastewater. Moreover, the blasting residues generated during mechanical pre-treatment are collected by us and processed into sandpaper. We operate according to an environmental management system.
