Colour Marking Preset Torque Wrench for Cap Screw Tightening. A mark is made on the tightened cap screw and an adjacent location on your work. This lets you check for subsequent loosening. A marking torque wrench for tightening cap screws, which prevents human tightening errors. Upon reaching the set torque the marker is designed to stamp on the bolt and work. Because the stamped mark is put on the side of the bolt and the work piece, it can not only prevent missed tightening but also detect loosening of bolts. The marker is designed to stamp only when the torque wrench operates upon reaching the set torque. Marking stays on by use of quick dry ink. One refill of ink is capable of approximately 3,000 times of stamping. Marker is ink cartridge type. Only hand force required for tightening a bolt and marking the bolt simultaneously. Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with ISO 6789 Type II Class B calibration procedures. [...]

Ideal for tightening verification assembly processes. Pokayoke (error-proofing) marking torque wrench. Lets you make direct visual checks for bolt tightening errors. When the adjusted torque value is reached and the wrench clicks, the bolt head is marked. So tightening and marking is done in a single operation. Marking is not done until set torque is achieved. Marking stays on by use of quick dry ink. Ink cartridges can easily be installed in the special socket wrench. One cartridge filling is sufficient for appr 3000-5000 stamping processes. Height of the stamp is adjustable (±5 mm). Setting torque can be operated by an attached hex key to avoid torque change by human mistake. The set torque is visible via a small scale window in the handle. The torque adjustment hex key is a standard accessory. Version MPQL: Pre-Lock type with scale; allows adjustments of the tightening torque on the tool. The set torque is visible via a small scale window in the handle.

Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening. Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. At the same time, the slip clutch is activated, making over-torque impossible. Series RTDLS are adjustable models. Along the micrometer scale, the desired torque can be easily and quickly adjusted. A locking mechanism prevents unintentional torque adjustment during use. Series RNTDLS are fixed models without scale and are particularly suitable for repetitive tightening operations at the same torque. An additional auxiliary tool (sold separately) is available for each of the 500 cNm models for easier power transmission. For counting tightening operations, the LS screwdriver can be connected to an optional 'CNA-4mk3', for example. [...]

Hardwired Tool Use Control. The hardwired preset clicker-type torque wrenches are based on Sturtevant Richmont's legendary LTC/LTCR/LTCS lines of preset torque wrenches. These tool add a tool use control to the accurate, repeatable and durable LTC group of tools by measuring time in the “clicked” position. This reduces operator technique variation through immediate reporting and reinforcement of correct use technique. These tools are ideal for those who wish in inexpensive and highly effective control and who have the PLC and knowledge resources to implement the communication and feedback system. The tool's light weight and cushion grip provide excellent ergonomics and reduce the onset and level of operator fatigue. The ball bearing rockover mechanism enhances the accuracy, repeatability, and durability high-throughput assembly operations require! The torque can be set using any unit of torque measurement: Imperial, S.I., or metric. [...]
