The MZD 45/30 (S-DF) is the ideal tool for the joining of sheets of different materials and thickness. The stationary clinching unit DFG 400/50 PH is our cheapest model with which you can enter into a stationary and reliable production. A compressed air connection with a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar is necessary and the operating pressure is adjustable. ECKOLD extrusion embossing allows for direct screwing in sheet metal and does away with press-fitted or welded nuts. The embossed structure formed in the process increases the number of turns for the screw and thus enhances its grip. In addition, extrusion embossing allows for higher torques than would be possible with simple screwing of multiple sheets. It is the perfect solution for the flanging of cylinders, baffles and cones as well as for flange repairs. Thanks to the exchangeable tool inserts, the Multiformer is a universal machine that can be configured to handle virtually any forming task. Its roller stops allow for accurate workpiece guidance through the machine. The portable Kraftformer MKF 140 is the largest machine of the ECKOLD Mobilformer series, designed for the forming of 6.0 to 15.0 mm steel and stainless steel sheets of a thickness from 6.0 to 12.0 mm.
