It is the perfect solution for the flanging of cylinders, baffles and cones as well as for flange repairs. Thanks to the exchangeable tool inserts, the Multiformer is a universal machine that can be configured to handle virtually any forming task. Its roller stops allow for accurate workpiece guidance through the machine. The portable Kraftformer MKF 130/16 is designed for the forming of steel sheets with a thickness from 4.0 to 10.0 mm and for 4.0 to 8.0 mm stainless steel. ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - Forming machine for stretching, shrinking, planishing and doming. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. The machine is air driven and released by a foot pedal, either in single or continuous stroke mode. The single stroke function combined with the big throat is especially useful for correction jobs. Depending on the need of forming force, the machine has two stroke settings. A digital display shows the ram position with a 0.1 mm precision which results in a high repeatability of the forming force. The machine is adjustable in height. ECKOLD Handformer HF 100 for stretching, shrinking, notching, hole punching, edging and clinching. The HF 100 makes forming easy, as it does away with time-consuming hammer beating. The HF 100 is able to stretch and shrink sheet metal and profiles up to 1.5 mm (steel) or 2.0 mm (Aluminium) in thickness. The Handformer is a stationary machine with a throat depth of up to 100 mm, and is mainly used in trade workshops. The MZD 60/6, MZD 60/6 D, MZD 60/6 W and MZD 60/6 D-W portable clinching pliers are hand-guided machines. These ECKOLD pliers come with a large throat and a high press force, which makes them the ideal tool for all clinching options. They can be customised with exchangeable tool holders for a wide range of applications. The clinching pliers have been specially designed for mobile use and come with a single-acting hydraulic cylinder producing a press force of max. 60 kN or 80 kN. The pliers are connected to the hydraulic unit with a 6 m hydraulic hose and a hydraulic drive unit. The various pliers are customised for specific applications.
