The dynamic shelves for the storage of products in pallets are compact structures that incorporate rolls paths. USE Traditional system It´s the most widely used system. The pallets are introduced by the most elevated part of the paths, and move around, due to the force of gravity and in a controlled velocity, until the contrary extremity, where the unloading corridor is located. The elevation means used are variated: counterweight forklifts, retractable, trilateral tower, etc. Push-back System The load and unload of the merchandise are done by the same corridor. The first pallet is placed in each corridor´s first position available; with the forklift the second pallet is introduced and this is the one that pushes the first pallet, occupying its position, and so on. Logically, the last pallet to go in is the first on to get out (LIFO system).

The Drive-in system is widely used in cold chambers, refrigeration or freezers, which need to maximize the storage space of its products in a controlled temperature. USE The Drive-in system was designed for the storage of homogeneous products, with a great quantity of pallets by reference. This installation is composed by a set of shelves, which form internal loading corridors, with supporting rails for the pallets. The forklifts enter these internal corridors with the load elevated above the level in which will be deposited. Each loading corridor has support railings on both sides, laid in different levels, over which the pallets are deposited. The elevated resistance of the material which forms these types of shelves allows the storage of great capacity pallets. In a general view, this compact system allows a number of references identical to the number of loading corridors that exist.

Cantilever racks are especially designed for the storage of big length or various measures load units, like metal profiles, tubes, frames, wood trays, metallic or plastic boards, etc. USE They are composed basically by columns, formed by a vertical profile and for one or two horizontal profiles placed at its base to give them stability. A series of suspended arms over which the load is deposited is fixed to the columns. The load manipulation can be performed manually when this is not very heavy, or with forklifts and appropriated elevation means in the case of heavier loads. SIMPLE AND DOUBLE The storage distribution is made by simple racks, with access only by one side, and double racks with access by both sides. LOAD DISTRIBUTION To the distribution and calculation of these kind of racks it´s fundamental to have in mind the measures, the weights, the rigidity of the merchandise, the manipulation means (generally forklifts) and the tolerances, etc.
