Dolci Amori del Gran Sasso was born from the previous long experience of the founding members in a cookie factory renown internationally. Our company operates in the field of exclusively gluten-free baked goods. We mainly produce shortbread biscuits, crackers and protein cookies. Our products are genuine and tasty thanks to the use of ingredients such as rice flour, buckwheat flour, teff flour and corn flour, all flours free of the protein at the base of gluten intolerance. We are proud to say that for the realization of our products we use certified non-GMO raw materials, wisely selected and proportioned, in order to offer the consumer the fragrance, the friability and the flavours that are usually not perceptible in gluten-free foods. Taste is one of the most important things for our company.
