Since 1935, Dalla Torre has been producing butter in Val di Non, in a production area of about 1500 m2, completely surrounded by greenery. Dalla Torre's production volumes are distributed as follows: 60% in the GDO channel, 20% in the HO.RE.CA. channel, and 20% for third parties under their own brand for the GDO. IFS (International Featured Standard) Food certification. Dalla Torre has obtained international certification regarding quality and food safety. The certification is renewed annually with periodic checks to verify compliance with the Standard requirements.
