VSM®1205 - Vacuum sealing and welding of large products in film bags

The semi-automatic vacuum packaging machine with an extra-long sealing station (max. sealing length 1100 mm) evacuates and seals in a compact space, making it particularly suitable for flexible production. The extra-wide vacuum station with a continuous sealing bar allows for vacuum sealing of two individual products or one large product per cycle. Equipped with the atmospheric VSM® vacuum system, the VSM® 1205 gently and reliably evacuates products. Optional gas flushing for MAP packaging is available. Applications include the food industry, such as ripening packaging for large cheese wheels or transport packaging for whole hams, cleanroom packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, and non-food products like electrical components or textiles, among many others. The energy-efficient bi-active impulse sealing is also suitable for wet products, recyclable films, and pure PE films (monomaterials), ripening films, aluminum bags, shrink films, and much more.
