VSM® BULKY - Vertical vacuum sealing and gas flushing of bags directly in crates and boxes

The vertical packaging allows for vacuum sealing from above in bags directly into E2 boxes, containers, cartons, or barrels, making it easy and reliable to package loose items. For larger containers, the XL variant also offers direct feeding onto pallets. The machine is equipped with a gas connection, allowing for different gas types to be connected for MAP packaging. Optionally available with an oxygen pump for multiple gas flushing and vacuum sealing with oxygen mixtures in a single packaging cycle. The VSM® Bulky is the all-rounder for vertical packaging in the field of meat products, cheese, nuts, or other loose food items, as well as pharmaceutical products, such as medicinal cannabis, and non-food products, such as electronic components. The extra-wide vacuum station (sealing length up to 1100 mm) enables the packaging of various large containers for reliable and tamper-proof primary packaging or transport packaging.
