The CR4 / CR4-5 plastic pallet is the perfect choice for a variety of industries and for handling heavy loads in any setting. The CR4 (3 runners) / CR4-5 (5 runners) reusable pallet was specially manufactured for the USA market and has the 48'' x 40'' inch standard USA pallet size. It is made from high-quality PE, equipped with integrated reinforcement profiles for increased load-bearing capacity, and is 100% recyclable. The CB3 High pallet box is particularly robust and, with a height of 1,140 mm and around 1,000 litres capacity, presents the perfect solution for the efficient transporting of particularly large quantitis or bulky goods. Its single-mould manufacturing with three runners or nine feet ensures a robust runner or foot connection. Additional ribs above the entry openings offer increased protection against forklift tines while the strong ribbing of the lower deck results in a very robust container bottom. Integrated stacking cams on the outside corners lock with the stacking pockets in the bottom, ensuring stacked boxes are firmly secured. The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). The HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box with welded runners on the market and consists of the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. The smooth inner walls allow easy emptying, cleaning and drying. The hygiene box provides reliable protection against contamination or water ingress. The double-walled design of the side walls provides increased impact protection against forklift tines. The circumferential stacking step also make the HB3 compatible with many other pallet boxes. The CR1 Euro pallet is firmly established as a multi-use pallet. The sturdy CR1 heavy-duty plastic pallet is optionally available with or without reinforcement profiles and has delivered top performances in internal logistics processes of various industries.
