COPPA D'AMORE

The Coppa D'Amore Agricultural Company is located in Bernalda (MT) and offers the years of passionate artisan and oil-making experience of its owners, heirs to a millennia-old tradition in olive processing and cold pressing. Cultivation, harvesting, and milling are processes carried out in accordance with the natural methods learned from our great-grandparents. The qualities of our olives are a perfect blend of nutritional properties that give our Extra Virgin Olive Oil unmatched vitamins and nutrients, making it unique. We produce and carefully select five different varieties of olives: Leccino, Ogliarola del Bradano, Coratina, Bernaldese, and Gravina. By understanding the originality and unique characteristics of the territory, the idea of bringing innovation and uniqueness was born here. Research, travels, and appropriate studies led to finding a product to cultivate alongside olive oil. Thus, the plantation of Lime & Finger Lime was established, the latter being a unique citrus fruit with incredible taste, aroma, and coloration. With prices per kg exceeding 300 euros for some varieties, Finger Limes are citrus fruits native to Australia. The plants take 3-5 years before producing the first fruits and generally produce only in alternate seasons. It is believed that they have the widest range of color varieties within any citrus species, ranging from green to red to black. Their flesh, also of various colors, is prized for its pearl-like texture.
