Presently being one of the leaders of local production, back in 1920’s, as a family business, started the coffee adventure, and by the beginning of 1980’s incorporated as a company and set the grounds of a modern coffee production enterprise.Starting with a daily 100 Kgs coffee production capacity per day back in the beginning of 1980’s, today with the contemporary technology and full automatic systems, we have reached 2, 000 Kgs coffee production, 5, 000 Kgs dried fruits processing and 5, 000 Kgs tea packaging capacity per shift. Proper analysis of operations, gifted and skilled employees, development of the organizational set up have helped us evolve into a contemporary company. Size and limitations of the local market and improved production capacity of our investments in technology are the decisive factors now for us to look for export markets. Presently we are looking for possibilities in the Turkish and European markets to create added value for the economy by increasing exports.Being a member of Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) Our vision is to convert profits into investment for reaching the better and the excellent. Therefore it shall be our task to blaze a trail and develop projects and make investments in new food production areas. After fulfilling all the necessary requirements and completing the work, we have been honoured by the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certificates in February 2013.

The reason why people often confuse the spellings "espresso" and "expresso" may be due to a combination of factors. First, the word "espresso" is of Italian origin, and the letter "s" is pronounced differently in Italian than in English. In Italian, the letter "s" is pronounced as a "z" sound, while in English it is pronounced as an "s" sound. This may lead some people to think that the word is spelled with an "x" instead of an "s." Second, the letter combination "es" followed by the letter "s" is not common in English words, which may make the spelling "expresso" seem more intuitive to some English speakers. Finally, it is possible that the misspelling of "expresso" has become common over time due to frequent use and repetition, even though it is technically incorrect.

Coffee beans are the pits of the cherry-like berries that grow on the coffee plant, and they are usually roasted to bring out their flavor and aroma before being used to make coffee. While they are commonly referred to as "beans," coffee beans are not actually a true legume or bean, which belong to the family Fabaceae. Instead, coffee beans belong to the family Rubiaceae and are classified as a fruit called a "drupe." Nevertheless, they are commonly referred to as beans due to their bean-like shape and size.

There is some evidence to suggest that coffee can enhance certain aspects of memory, such as short-term memory and working memory. This is likely due to the effects of caffeine, which is a natural stimulant that can increase alertness, attention, and cognitive function. Several studies have found that consuming caffeine in the form of coffee can improve performance on tasks that require memory and cognitive processing, such as recalling information from a list or completing a complex mental task. However, the effects of caffeine on memory can vary depending on individual factors, such as genetics, age, and caffeine tolerance.
