Traditional fishermen since 1934, our business today is based on two main sectors: surimi and frozen white fish from the sea. COMPAGNIE DES PÊCHES SAINT-MALO is one of the few companies that can claim an integrated supply chain from fishing to finished products. Indeed, our fish are caught responsibly by our fishermen aboard our own vessels. In the North-East Atlantic, they work tirelessly every day to provide you with exceptional products. We are committed to preserving marine resources by ensuring a fishing practice that respects quotas, which are rigorously monitored. We are thus MSC certified for sustainable fishing for our catches of cod, haddock, and pollock, made aboard our vessel l'Emeraude. Preserving the richness of nature is, for us, the key to a quality product for today and tomorrow. Furthermore, aboard our vessel Joseph Roty II, we process blue whiting into surimi base, of which we are the only European producer. Finally, in our workshop in Saint-Malo, we prepare our tasty, simple, and authentic recipes. We offer our finished surimi products in various forms - sticks, grated, rolled, molded, diced, and chunks… - both refrigerated and frozen, under our brands and private labels, for retail, foodservice, and industrial clients.
