SEMIN AIRLESS COVER is an indoor coating that can be Airless sprayed.
COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE
Acrylic emulsion resin, mineral content, cellulose derivatives, preservation agent and various additives.
The resulting paste is white and its consistency is adapted to its airless application.

APPLICATION
SEMIN AIRLESS covering layer is sprayed in two steps : the first must be smooth with the help of a 60 cm blade, after drying the second one must be smoothed with the blade.
The product must be sprayed at about 80 cm from the support.
TIP : Lift filters before spraying.

PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION
The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil.
Plasterboard must be primed.
APPLICATION
SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Interior ready-to-use smooth finish coating, easy to apply - requires less sanding down than a traditional coating and therefore creates less dust.
Apply with spatula, then sand down. Less dust is created, and the dust is less volatile.
SUITABLE SURFACES
Interior walls and ceiling : plasterboards, gypsum blocks, concrete, cement coating, aerated concrete, sealants.
