CHAMPAGNE JOFFREY is a family-owned business that dates back to 1675, with Joffrey representing the 14th generation of winemakers in the family. After completing a BTS in viticulture and oenology and studying business in wines and spirits, Joffrey modernized the company by establishing cellar tours and a private collection of old viticulture equipment, as well as organizing wine tours in 2CV Charleston by reservation. Joffrey and his father cultivate nearly 15 hectares of vineyards in Les Riceys-Bas, the largest wine-producing commune in Champagne, using the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay to produce delicious, balanced, and subtle wines. The estate employs cultivation methods suited to its clay-limestone terroir for responsible and reasonable viticulture. The estate places great importance on the biodiversity of its vineyard plots and its terroir, and Joffrey is proud to walk in the footsteps of his ancestors while adding his own touch of modernity. He works in collaboration with his father to evolve the business together and enjoys interacting with customers interested in their region and the terroir of the Côte des Bar.
