iPSAGO, a new kind of biscuit maker based in Provence, specializes in creating delicious anti-waste biscuits that are as good for your palate as they are for the planet. Our raw materials are of natural origin and free from refined sugar. Our cooking methods are innovative to preserve nutrients for a healthy diet. We collect fruits and vegetables that are out of standard size or in overproduction from local organic producers, as well as food co-products. Thanks to underutilized resources, we create super ingredients for the production of our tasty biscuits Made in Provence and 100% plant-based: - Savory biscuits: Made from rejected vegetables (out of standard size, overproductions...) as well as other underutilized resources (co-products) mainly sourced from the Sud region, these biscuits are an ecological and healthy alternative committed to all your aperitifs! - Fruity petals: Healthy and tasty, made from fresh seasonal fruits, combined with spices, herbs, and rigorously selected aromatics, as well as upcycled ingredients crafted by us. - Brewkies: More than just cookies, Brewkies offer an original tasting experience that is anti-waste, committed, Provençal, and above all, indulgent.
