Products emerged as true substitutes for bread: the Frese Oro Fragranti and Nature Fibre and the Crostini; the line of Taralli without added hydrogenated fats: Squadatielli and Campagnoli; The “SQUADATIELLI” registered trademark: Born as a product that followed the baking of homemade rustic bread during the Christmas and Easter holidays, they represent a joyful and happy moment around which the family would gather. Prepared with olive oil and flavored with local wild essences like “aranzo,” Squadatielli are a pear-shaped biscuit with an unmistakable flavor. Even today, Burlato continues in the spirit of that tradition to produce Squadatielli, of which it owns the trademark, with the same enthusiasm that has characterized this product since its inception.
