By practicing one of our Budo Top Activities like karate or judo, children and adults develop better motor skills and physical fitness, increased self-confidence and self-esteem, greater concentration, and a sense of discipline and commitment. At Budo Top Netherlands, both young and old, beginners or advanced practitioners can participate in various martial arts such as Karate, Judo, Wrestling, and Cardio Boxing at a very competitive price. We also provide various workshops such as resilience training and programs for children in special education. All training sessions are supervised by professionals and top athletes. In addition to providing training within the club, Budo Top Netherlands also collaborates closely with the Municipality of Gouda, Sport.Gouda, and Brede School Gouda. Our trainers conduct social and community projects at various educational institutions and daycare centers, such as introductory lessons to increase sports participation and 'Growing through Wrestling' to make children more resilient.
