The CONVIMETER® records viscosity efficiently in process of fluids and pastes and can be used for adjustment control, also. Therefore it is a necessary auxiliary system for quality control. The substances can be of low and high viscosities but also newtonian and non-newtonian. Special for non-newtonian fluids it is necessary to record the behaviour of the whole structure of the medium. The TSSR-Meter can be used to perform conventional isothermal relaxation measurements as well as Temperature Scanning Stress Relaxation (TSSR), an anisothermal stress relaxation measurement method (AISR method). This method can be used to characterize the mechanical-thermal properties of elastomers. An important factor here is the determination of the cross-linking density. With the ever increasing demands on materials, the determination of crosslinking density is an important advantage, and therefore the TSSR meter is particularly suitable for material development and quality control during production.

The AQUATRAC-V is a residual moisture meter that can be used in the laboratory as well as in production without qualified personnel. The Measurement is reliable, water-selective and safe using a reagent the calcium hydride. The water released from the sample reacts with the calcium hydride to form hydrogen, which is measured by increasing the pressure in the system and gives a measure of the water content of the sample. This measuring principle is listed in ISO 15512:2019, "Plastics - Determination of water content" as method e.). The same standard also contains the Karl-Fischer measuring principle. The measuring instrument has a robust construction and is designed for use without qualified personnel in production and laboratory. The AQUATRAC Station is a residual moisture meter that can be used both in the laboratory and in production without qualified personnel. The measurement is chemical-free and water-selective by means of capacitive dew point determination. The device is browser-based, so that complete access to all functions is possible via Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc. via network, smartphone, tablet or PC. A freely configurable material database and user-based user database with rights assignment that can be configured in small steps make working with the station simple. A Precisa scale can be coupled via USB to transfer the sample weight, and an optional label printer and signal light are available. Variable, freely combinable abort criteria for a measurement are the measuring time, the gradient H2O/min and a maximum moisture content. This makes the instrument flexible, highly precise and easy to operate both in production and in the laboratory.
