BODEGA PAGO DE CIRCUS

The goal of Bodega Pago de Cirsus is to produce a 100% PAGO wine of the highest quality. The selection of grapes is done carefully, first in the vineyard and then on the sorting table where only the best grapes make it to the wooden vats for fermentation. The production in the winery includes white, red, rosé, and sweet wines. The white wines are: CHARDONNAY of the year, CHARDONNAY fermented in barrel. The red wines are: TEMPRANILLO-MERLOT, TEMPRANILLO-SYRAH, TEMPRANILLO-MERLOT-SYRAH. These last three can be aged from 12 to 18 months in barrels, aimed at producing the finest PAGO wines in the region, as well as Late Harvest Muscatel Sweet wine. We have a barrel room with about 650 units, plus 5000-liter and 8000-liter tanks for the production of the winery's top wines. Currently, we successfully export throughout Europe, parts of Asia, Oceania, and Canada, being one of the reference wines in the SAQ (Société des Alcools du Québec).
