WELCOME TO BENJAMIN AND THOMAS SCHÄFER GBR As a medium-sized contract manufacturer, we execute projects using our modern machinery. Production is carried out according to drawings or directly based on 3D data. OUR MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES We operate a total of 4 CNC milling centers in a 2-shift operation. In a single operation, components with a maximum size of 1,250 x 500 x 600 mm can be processed. Additional conventional machines for turning, milling, sawing, drilling, and grinding are available. With our modern machinery, we process common construction materials. These include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper alloys, and plastics. Surface and finishing treatments are carried out in collaboration with partner companies. Our customers receive the finished product from a single source. QUALITY ASSURANCE The quality of the manufactured components is at the heart of our work. From the selection of our suppliers through production to quality assurance, we aim to meet the demands of our customers. Suitable equipment is essential for this. It starts with proper maintenance and professional handling and ends with regular and documented inspections. If needed, we also provide material certificates and a test report.
