BENDER-ESSER GMBH

The company was founded in 1974 by Hans Bender and Dieter Lonny as Lonny-Bender Gbr and was transformed into a GmbH in 1977. Dieter Lonny left the company at his own request in 1997. Hans Bender has been enjoying his well-deserved retirement since 2004 after 50 years in the workforce. Daughter Claudia Esser and her husband Frank Esser have been working in the company since January 1, 1997. In January 2005, the company was renamed Bender-Esser GmbH. Over 30 years after its founding, Bender.Esser modernized its operational buildings at its headquarters in the industrial area "In der Loh" in Meerbusch-Lank in 2004 through renovations and new constructions to be prepared for the future in a changing industry. The production area expanded to 850 contiguous square meters. Additionally, approximately 400 m2 of covered storage space is available. Furthermore, Bender-Esser GmbH invested in modernizing its machinery to continue providing only the best quality to its customers. In recent years, five cycle-controlled lathes and a controlled bed milling machine for processing high-quality cylinder pipes and piston rods have been acquired. The new hall has been equipped with a new eight-ton crane, which facilitates the handling of increasingly larger workpieces. Another forklift (eight tons) has been purchased for the external storage. In addition to the mentioned managing directors, thirteen employees work for the company.
