Our honey powder is a free-flowing, easy to dose and use sweetener and has an unobtrusive sweetness. Honey powder is a versatile and process-oriented sweetener and is used in a wide variety of areas, from cereals to desserts and spices to powdered drinks as well as baked goods and confectionery. Our honey powder is made from pure and tested honey and maltodextrin and does not contain any additives. It is easily miscible and water-soluble. Like honey, honey powder has a comparatively long best before date of 24 months.
