Pierzga contains many vitamins (C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, A, PP, K, E, H, D), as well as micro- and macroelements such as magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, potassium , phosphorus or sodium. Compared to pollen, it has less proteins and fats.
