AUTOMATED PRODUCTION LTD

A leading global supplier of automotive components and systems has approached APL to design and develop semi-automated machinery to assemble and test a special range of automotive component assemblies.

APL have recently designed and developed an automotive Poka Yoke assembly machine. The semi-automated system assembles 4 variants of Fuel Tanks, and performs automatic flash testing and leak testing on the assemblies.

Automated Production Ltd held an event to raise money for the Trussell Trust in memory of David Newman. David, a long-standing team member, sadly passed away after a short illness at the beginning of October last year.
