The sturdy and easy chamfering machine is designed for deburring and chamfering of small to large workpieces from 1 mm thickness. The machine generates a perfect chamfering quality thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head and cutting inserts - like sanded. In NE metals and steel, a chamfer width up to 10mm is possible. The ASO160-M is ideal for processing steel and aluminum. The ASO 160-MSL design has speed regulation that is very useful for the processing of aluminum or stainless steel. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machine can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop, which simultaneously serves as a chip box.

The durable steel casing, the wear-resistant and sanded work plate and the speed regulation convince in every regard. The machine is available in KKE1 and KKE2 designs. The KKE2 includes a prismatic guide with extraction socket in the scope of delivery. Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and CBN or diamond grinding pencils. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 or Ø6mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Their advantages lie in the machining of heavy, bulky as well as long workpieces and in the contact-free working of sensitive individual parts in chambers. A soundproof cover reduces the noise level and makes working in a workshop possible. The clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation as well as the speed control from 1,200 to 1,500 rpm ensure a wide range of machining options. The unmanned working process is rounded off by the programmable timer. The system can be expanded with an optionally available paper filter and separator. The centrifugal plant can be planned as a single device up to a fully automatic plant. The grinding bodies and workpieces are accelerated through the rotational movement of the plate washer. Due to the centrifugal force, the workpieces are pressed outward and then transported up on the inner side of the system. The circular dryers are used for stainless drying of all types of workpieces. By using the hot-air blower or the indirect heating through heating rods below the tub, a uniform drying of the workpieces and the drying granulate is ensured. The additional advantage is that it brightens, repolishes and degreases workpieces. Both versions can be configured as individual systems in combination with a new vibratory finishing machine or as a module for an existing vibratory finishing machine. The drying medium and the workpieces are brought into a rotational movement through a generated vibration. The desired drying or post-treatment process are created through the contact of the drying medium and workpieces. The workpieces are automatically screened out of the dryer and transported from the device through the optional manual or pneumatic separation equipment.
