All our peak and ductile casting materials are imported and produced by continuous casting method. Gray and nodular cast iron bars produced by continuous casting method were started to be used from the 1960s and at the end of the stages they have been through, they have found a wide range of usage from glass industry to automotive, hydraulic parts from oil refineries, gear manufacturing to general machinery parts. The most important reason for its use, along with its wide range of advantages, is that it is economical at various ratios, depending on the sectors and the places of use, by minimizing production costs and the costs incurred due to tool wearing. Its structure is homogeneous, tightly grained and at similar hardness. Its mechanical strength is high. Its impact and wearing resistance is high. Its production with sawdust saves 50% time. It has high resistance to hydraulic and pneumatic pressures.

Much lower coefficient of friction than Kestamid High resistance to wear High resistance to impact High crystal structure Higher stability Much lower water absorption than Kestamid Excellent performance in abrasive sludge and sea water Ideal for environments where it is difficult or impossible to lubricate Very low heat build-up on the surfaces Corrosion resistant Excellent resistance to many chemicals Easy mechanic malleability Quiet and impactless operability Bone color in places where is in contact with good and medicine Product Description Kestoil is an ideal engineering plastics for self-lubricating, robust, abrasion-resistant, low coefficient of friction, non-lubricated bearings and cradles that have many features that do not coexist in other materials. Kestoil is a Kestamid which includes various lubricants, impacts and abrasion resistant additives to its structure during its production. The lubricant additives

It is a material widely used in machinery industry. It is a material with relatively hardness, rigidness, slippery and good mechanical strength values. There are various uses for its gear applications, including wheel construction. However, it is not as hard and abrasion resistant as Kestamid, not as slippery as Pom C. Its chemical strength is moderate, and it is resistant to some acids and bases. The polyamide 6 has the ability to collect water on its own. These features have pros and cons. Pros is that it increases the strength of the part against vibration and sudden impacts. This allzws the dynamic stresses that would otherwise occur during part use to be removed within itself. Cons is that it is difficult to achieve measurement stability in the material. In other words, the material is affected even by the moisture in the air and gets changes in the measurement. The tolerances must be observed before finishing the final processes of the part.
