Ham Knuckle - Sliced ham knuckle without nitrite

Finely sliced ham knuckle in a 100% recyclable glass jar. Thanks to its innovative concept, the ham knuckle can be stored at room temperature for 3 months. Made in our workshop in Laissac, Aveyron, the ham knuckle respects the artisanal know-how of the old masters by using only 3 ingredients: a ham knuckle, Guérande salt, and Kampot IGP pepper from Cambodia, one of the best peppers in the world! As a dried meat product, the ham knuckle made in our workshop offers a charcuterie that is nitrite-free and preservative-free, 100% natural. For the rest, nature does its work in our dryers, gently drying these beautiful whole pieces of meat, hand-salted and peppered. This ham knuckle will come out of the dryers after 3 to 4 months to be finely sliced and placed in its glass jar before being vacuum-sealed, ensuring a shelf life of 3 months at room temperature.
