It consists of only 3 ingredients: pork, Guérande salt, and Kampot IGP pepper from Cambodia. This dried meat can be stored for 3 months at room temperature. Ideal for your charcuterie boards, the ham knuckle is a very low-fat charcuterie that pairs well with coppa, sausage, dried beef, and lonzo, offering you an appetizer platter that is 100% nitrite-free and preservative-free.
