Our Company Butwillis-Hydraulik is a family-owned business run by the second generation. We combine the wholesale of hydraulic components with a workshop for hydraulic repairs and custom manufacturing. In short, we offer hydraulic solutions from a single source. Our team of 10 employees consists of merchants, engineers, technicians, and hydraulic mechanics. We want to be more than just a supplier for our customers; we want to be partners and engage in open and fair dealings. To fully understand hydraulics, all our technical staff regularly participate in training and further education, always ready for the next challenge. Challenge us; we are happy to help. History 1961 Foundation by Gerhard Butwillis in Otzenrath as a craft business. 1969 Production of hydraulic cylinders and establishment of our own cylinder program. 1972 New construction and relocation to Heinsberg. 1974 Establishment of a production line for hydraulic hoses with cutting machine, stripping device, and hose press, as well as stocking hydraulic hoses, fittings, and valves. 1981 Expansion of the warehouse for hydraulic connection technology, fittings, quick-release couplings, ball valves, etc. 1986 Expansion of the warehouse through the addition of a storage hall. 1991 Takeover of the business by Ulrich Butwillis. 1994 Construction of a new office building. 1998 Expansion of a production line for hydraulic hoses and commencement of series production.
