If you want to build a twoflow exhaust system, you need a Y pipe. There are Y pipes with three equal pipe diameters or as Y reducers.

Universal solution when different hose diameters have to be welded together. These step connectors are mostly used for accessory exhaust systems with larger diameters.

Stainless steel pipe connectors and ball joints are used for quick dismantling of two pipes. The ball joints offer the additional advantage of attaching the pipes at a special angle.

Assembly The bearings are designed for press fits in H7 bores. After pressing in, the ID of the bearing will be diameter D with the relative tolerance. The bearings are suitable for shafts with h tolerance (recommended min. h9).

The graphite inserts provide lifelong lubrication. Preferably for travel speeds < 0.5 m/s. (Additional lubrication is recommended for extreme loading with a higher travel speeds). Temperature range Temporary temperature peaks up to ca. 200°C. Tolerances The bore for the bearings should correspond to ISO tolerance H7. The tolerance h6 to h7 is recommended for the shaft.

Housing igumid® G. Swivel ball iglidur® W300 Note The ability to pivot allows pillow block bearings to compensate for misalignment and possible shaft deflection. They are easy to install and suitable for the accomodation of rotating, oscillating and linear movements. igubal® pillow block bearings are maintenance free and conceived for dry running condition. Assembly These pillow block bearings are designed for mounting with 2 screws. The ID tolerance is E10. The matching shaft should have a tolerance of h6 to h9.

Universal joints with plain bearing can be swivelled by 45°. Max. transferable torque (Nm) at 150 rpm, operation angle α < 5°. * Bore depth is less than by DIN 808.

Universal expansion joints absorb axial, lateral and angular movement simultaneously. Installation is primarily in the low pressure area. Using a guide tube protects the metal bellows from abrasive media or flow-induced oscillations. The reaction forces caused by the internal pressure must be absorbed by sufficiently dimensioned anchor points.

The versatile joint cutter CF 13.3 is particularly useful for light road repairs and for gardening and landscaping, especially due to his possibility of quickly and easily changing the cutting side. It features a reliable Honda GX-390 gasoline engine with cyclone air filter and a power of 8.7 kW. The cutting depth is up to 170mm and can be adjusted with a hand crank. The vibration-free push handle is also adjustable to provide comfortable handling of the machine.
