Round baseplates with T-slots are used for constructing modular fixtures. These baseplates are positioned and mounted directly on machine tables. The precise longitudinal and transverse slot spacing ensures very high repeat clamping accuracy. The aligning holes are used to align the baseplate on the machine table. The round slings comply with DIN EN 14922. They are made of highstrength endless polyester fibre cords. These polyester fibre cords are protected by a sturdy and seamlessly woven polyester sleeve. This sleeve surface is also impregnated with polyurethane to make it abrasionproof. The working load limit (WLL) and the cord tonnage (tonne capacity per cord) are either woven into or printed on the protective sleeve of the sling. The safety label with the CE mark and technical data is firmly sewn onto the sling. The colour of the round sling corresponds to the colour code scheme for load capacities of textile type slings. These round slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. These round slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive.

Productinformation Harvest time for apples differ from China, where it takes place around september, and Chile, where they become ripe between march and april. The fresh fruits are sorted by size, then peeled, pitted, cutted in the desired shape – quartered, loops or cubes – and finally dried. The drying process takes place in flue-curing tunnels and takes up to three to four days to fully finish. Thanks to treatment with sulfur, the bright white color of the apple remains intact - and additionally, any form of pest gets deadened. Dried apples from Italy on the other hand get treated with citric acid and sea salt instead of sulfur – so they stay much lighter in color. Origin The main countries of origin are Italy and China – in China they are still cutted manually. In addition, apple loops are produced in Chile and South Africa.

Grippers and inserts are ideal for use in clamping arms, gripping systems, clamping fixtures, clamping jaws and self-aligning pads. The use of grippers allows the transfer of very high torque values and above average grip, even with hard materials and surface irregularities. Form O: The abrasive diamond surface is bonded firmly to the base. It is ideally suited to supporting smooth or slippery applications with a minimum of clamping pressure. This allows the diamond particles to get a firm grip on a very small area with minimum damage to the surface. The diamond surface offers excellent wear resistance. Form P: The polyurethane surface is vulcanised firmly to the ball. It is abrasion-resistant and does not discolour. It offers optimum protection against damage to delicate surfaces. The pearl-like surface gives a firm grip and allows air to escape so as to prevent any suction effect between the contact surface and the self-aligning pads.
