Where Crane Hire is not a suitable option we operate a hydraulic lifting gantry or for working in more confined spaces.

Our in-house Appointed Persons, Slingers, Banksmen and Crane Supervisors can provide mobile crane solutions, including telescopic mobiles to up 1,000 Tonnes and crawler cranes up to 2,000 Tonnes. We plan, order and supervise all mobile cranes needed, from simple single and multiple lifts, up to complex tandem operations. Our Heavy Lift Team have the knowledge and experience of all aspects of lifting operations allowing us to carry out these tasks adhering to BS7121 Safe Use of Cranes Code of Practice. This allows us to propose, engineer and deliver lifting solutions tailored specifically to each individual project. To compliment this, we have a 15 Tonne capacity forklift truck for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Our premises at Halifax also offers the opportunity for test builds, complete with handling facilities and auxiliaries. Our portside Goole Depot offers both internal warehousing and external storage facilities, and features a 110 Tonne straddle carrier, a 45 Tonne capacity container handler/top lift and up to 28 Tonne FLT equipment for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Each COLLETT depot features warehousing & specialist heavy lift equipment including 110 Tonne straddle carriers, overhead gantry cranes and fork trucks providing the ideal solution for storage and transhipment operations.

Our dedicated Team of Stevedores will undertake the loading or discharge of your shipment providing a full marine service for your cargo. Operating from our dedicated heavy lift depots at the Port of Goole and the Port of Grangemouth our in-house Appointed Persons prepare lift plans, risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe lifting under CPA Contract Lift Conditions, while all stevedores services including discharge and loading, are managed by our Marine Division.
