Punch Filled (or Staple set) brushes are produced by stapling tufts of wire, filaments or natural fibres securely into a plastic, wood, steel or aluminium body to create the desired configuration to suit the cleaning application. The style of the brush, which can be either a roller, flat, disc or block together with the pattern of the tufts determines the cleaning or product handling performance required. Punch filled strip brushes can be made up to 3 mtrs in length by any width required. The filament pattern can be as closed or as open as the application determines and if necessary can be compacted to give a solid appearance to the brush.
