The material table is structured using platform technology and can be variably equipped in 250 mm graduations with cover plates, liftable roller conveyor segments, recesses for crane loading on chains or measurement and clamping devices. Every machine is unique to its owner. The LPS vertical bandsaws are able to cut even materials with different machining properties with the utmost precision without compromising on speed. This is made possible by a durable design in combination with vibration-damping grey cast iron components. Saw feed is performed here by a ball screw with servo drive and the sensitive BEHRINGER cutting pressure control system.

CPLS works with a number of clients from across the Netherlands, including major players such as TNO and TU/e and European technology platforms like ECSEL. Our work includes projects as diverse as translating physics courses and guidelines for logistical planning process software as well as editing valedictory speeches. For all of our clients, we make it our business to keep track of preferences in style and terminology, creating consistent Dutch to English and English to Dutch technical translations every time. For translations, the word rate is 18-22 cents, depending on the length, content and deadline specifications. For many English technical translations, a turnaround of 1000 words per hour is completely feasible. The rates are only fixed once a quotation is proposed and accepted. Original documents are sometimes edited after a quotation has been agreed upon and often need to be updated as technology evolves, so revisions are always possible.

In addition to adhesive coated protection films, POLIFILM is also offering coextruded, uncoated yet self-adhesive films since more than 12 years. These protection film solutions combine the film manufacturing process (film extrusion) and the adhesive extrusion in one process. The traditional process requires typically at least 2 steps. This co-extrusion process presents a clear productivity gain also for our customers. We develop co-extruded protection films together with our partner, who has a long time experience in the development and production of cast films.
