It is through such joint effort that the quality of the final product has been improved to constantly meet evolving market demands.

The pressure transmitters of the 33X series use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve exceptional accuracy of 0,05 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. Additional measurements and selections can optionally be used to achieve a precision (and also, if calibrated in an accredited test laboratory, an accuracy) of 0,01 %FS. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable, analog current or voltage output.

MPS Microsystems offers a complete range of high precision ball screws for positioning less than 5 µm. Mostly custom-made, these screws ensure smooth and uniform movement resulting from the high precision of their thread, achieved by grinding. Our ball screws are made exclusively of stainless steel and are fitted with double nuts to allow fine adjustment of the axial play. Moreover, an optional ogival thread can provide a higher static and dynamic load capacity. Thanks to a large number of options, we can ensure that the ball screw meets your technical and quality needs. The following parameters can be personalized: lubricant (grease, oil, dry lubrication, no lubrication), customized screw ends, shape and external dimensions of the nut and screw, multiple nuts on the same screw, left-hand thread, thread length, specific axial play, special surface treatment, and more.

Magtrol’s Model 3411 Torque Display is designed for use with all Magtrol TS, TM, TMHS, TMB and TF Torque Transducers. This easy-to-use device powers the transducer and utilizes high speed processing to display torque, speed and mechanical power. It includes a tare function to help offset any slight residuals caused by couplings or suspended loads. The 3411 may also be used with any torque sensors requiring 24 V DC power (500 mA max.) with ± 5 V DC torque output (± 10 V DC max.) and open collector, TTL or CMOS output for the speed signal.

Magtrol’s Model DSP7000 High Speed Programmable Dynamometer Controller employs state-of-the-art Digital Signal Processing Technology to provide superior motor testing capabilities. Designed for use with any Magtrol Hysteresis, Eddy-Current or Powder Dynamometer, Magtrol In-Line Torque Transducer or auxiliary instrumentation, the DSP7000 can provide complete PC control via the USB or optional IEEE-488 or RS-232 interface. With up to 500 readings per second, the DSP7000 is ideally suited for both the test lab and the production line.

The Cosmic 42R is the precision machine for multi-layered stripping of micro-coaxial cables. This stripping machine processes the finest conductors with speed and precision. Multi-step stripping involving up to 9 steps is part of the performance capabilities of the Cosmic 42R, as is its memory that accommodates 1000 data records. The Cosmic 42R stripping machine is used for micro-coaxial cables involving especially tough precision requirements. Cosmic 42R optimally processes coaxial cables, triaxial cables and cables with especially thin, hard or tough insulation. Conductors with braided insulation, e.g. polyester fibers, also belong to the processing range. The Cosmic 42R is ideal for a great diversity of products made in small to medium quantities.

As an all-round solution in the cutting machine segment, the lota 330 has universal scope for application. The unit is designed to cut a wide variety of coiled materials to an exact length (up to 1,000 m), such as heat-shrink tubing, pneumatic hoses, cables, plastic bands and much more. The lota 330 does the job carefully and reliably while guaranteeing user-friendly operation. The lota 330 is ready for use after pressing the ‘Power On’ button. The material to be cut is clamped in place according to the closing distance and applied pressure settings of the belt drive. The product length, number of pieces and batch size can be set via the touchscreen. The desired end product can be verified using the sample function, and the machine can then be started. Five buttons serving as hard keys for the most common operations, along with the touch display, enable simple handling and quick changeover for a wide range of materials without the use of any tools.

High-performance, even for small cross-sections. Cutting force, high volume output and advanced sensor technology make the Kappa machines the number one choice for automated cutting and stripping, even for smaller wire cross-sections. The machines can be used very efficiently thanks to their simple, intuitive control elements. The Kappa product family stands out thanks to its extremely broad processing range. Its intuitive and simple operation and controls allow you to easily set up even difficult-to-process materials, with extremely fast tool-free changeover to new types of wires. The intuitive TopTouch operating software guides the user through the process logically. During production, operators have maximum transparency thanks to simple adjustment settings for important parameters. This makes the Kappa machines especially intuitive and safe to operate.
