Switchable magnets - Import export

Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.

Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.

Magnetic sheet separators separate sticky or oiled steel sheets and prevent two sheets from being picked up at the same time. They ensure a smoothly running production process by ensuring that you pick up the steel sheets one at a time. The permanent magnetic force remains constant throughout the years. Sheet separators separate steel sheets up to 4 mm thick of almost any shape, length or width. Round or asymmetrical shapes are also possible. They can be switchable or permanent magnetic.

The Magsquare represents a universal welding and assembly aid. The magnetic force acts on 3 sides. The system can be switched off through a simple 180° rotation of the switch lever. It can also be used as an addition to the magnetic welding angles A 90 and Boomer. Several thread drill holes are already present as mounting options. Four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces and dimensions. The magnet squares are suitable for round and square workpieces.

Fixed 90° welding angle with two switchable and removable magnet modules that can be used separately as well. The A90 can be used for aligning heavy and larger steel plates with precision in a 90° angle. This magnetic welding angle can be used as an inside and outside angle. Magnet modules can be removed and used separately. A total of four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces. Magnetic welding angles with rotating magnetic modules that can be completely shut off. Your compact helper for welding or assembly works, for round and flat materials. The angles can be set exactly using the engraved scales. The Boomer magnetic welding angles from Assfalg are available in 3 different sizes, which are different significantly in their holding forces. They make it possible to align heavy and larger workpieces both on the inner and on the outer side and to clamp them accurately.
