Made of electropolished stainless steel, the INOX 200 handles loads of up to 200 kg. It was specially developed for industries with rigorous requirements in terms of cleanliness and hygiene (IP66) and is therefore frequently used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The model can be equipped with electric or manual tools, for example to move reels, Euro stacking containers or barrels – depending on the lifting task in question. All tools for the INOX 200 are made of pure stainless steel.

The INOX 90 is your perfect aid in sensitive work areas that have rigorous standards in terms of hygiene and the cleaning of production equipment (IP 66). With a capacity of up to 90 kg total weight, this stainless steel minilift reliably lifts, moves and transports goods from A to B in your containers. The properties of the INOX 90 are crucial for a smooth manufacturing process – especially in the production of food, cosmetics and medicine. Overload protection, a safety coupling, various shields for all moving parts and an accurate charge indicator also contribute to enhanced safety. The INOX 90 has electropolished surfaces and all tools are made of pure stainless steel. You can adjust its speed to two different levels by remote control.

They are available for angle grinders, straight grinders, and in Quick Change designs for mini angle grinders in 50 and 75 mm diameters. One of the areas of ESTIMET's offer is laser cutting, used for precision processing of sheet metal, pipes and profiles. In ESTIMET's machine park we have two fiber lasers of 6 kW and 8 kW. Thanks to these devices, we can precisely cut elements with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 4000 mm. Our laser cutting services comply with the EN 1090 standard, as confirmed by the CE mark. We are ready to take on even the most demanding orders, offering to cut sheet metal made of a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or bronze. We also have a gas burning machine, dedicated to metal sheets up to 150 mm thick. In addition, we have specialized machines for cutting pipes, profiles and sections with maximum dimensions of 450 x 450 mm. We can cut tubes and profiles in straight sections as well as at an angle. We conduct welding processes in carbon dioxide and argon gas shields. We weld inox steel using the TIG method. We also weld aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. We perform spot welding on spot, table and forceps welders. We have about 10 welding machines in our machine park We have approximately 20 MIG-MAG and 5 TIG stations for welding. In our machine park we also have 3 welding robots from Yaskawa and one from ABB. Our largest robot has a working area of 6x2.5 meters.
